Meet Dr. Mitch…
“My mission is to help as many people in my lifetime as I can! I am passionate about helping our community become healthier by introducing healthy lifestyle strategies. It was through my own frustration with the common stereotype of chiropractic treatment for back pain that I pursued continuing education so I could provide the best of healthcare for my patients. As a community service, I offer spinal and wellness screenings at churches, area events and schools. I am available to speak to your staff through our complimentary “Lunch and Learn” programs. These wellness workshops are designed to increase employee productivity, reduce sick days, improve work morale and build a positive work environment without leaving the office.”
Dr. Carpenter graduated from North Carolina State University in 1996, majoring in Zoology and concentrating in pre-medical studies. During this time, Dr. Carpenter realized that his desire was to be a physician that treated patients without medication and that focused on a more holistic hands-on treatment that allowed the body to heal itself. He immediately enrolled at Life University and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2000.
Since graduating from chiropractic school, Dr. Carpenter has attended many seminars in post-graduate training, specifically those focused on chiropractic pediatrics, prenatal care, nutrition and wellness. In addition, Dr. Carpenter completed an extensive training program consisting of an additional 120 hours to become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP).
As a Doctor of Chiropractic with over 11 years of chiropractic training and experience, Dr. Carpenter is committed to helping the community through natural healthcare to help relieve pain while educating and instilling a healthy lifestyle. It is his firm belief that health comes from within the individual and is maintained through the lack of interference of the nervous system while utilizing the body’s recuperative power to heal itself naturally and efficiently.
